The Audiences Europe Network conference, 'All Together Now' will be held in Den Haag, Netherlands, 4-6 October on the theme of social networks and communities and how to build connections. All Together Now will be two days of presentations and discussions at the Koninklijke Schouwburg (Royal National Theatre) plus a range of cultural and social events and a special workshop on 4 October. What is it about? All Together Now will explore the growth of social networks and communities, how to build connections with them and what this means when communicating with audiences. The following questions will be discussed ... In a world of rapid change … How do communities satisfy our need for identity and belonging and what are the consequences for the arts? How do we build long-term relationships with community and social ‘leaders’? How can we develop collaborative partnerships with community groups? How can we use new technology to build virtual communities? How do we build connections with communities that are constantly merging and blending (interculturalism)? Do traditional methods of segmentation and targeting still apply? All Together Now will be an opportunity to explore these issues with leaders, commentators and practitioners from across Europe.
