Music & the New Musicians is an international showcase and conference on music for young people, to be held in Glasgow on 8-10 November.

Music and the New Musicians looks back over the past 20 years to learn from the experience of those who have driven some key developments and look for lessons for the future. Everyone with an interest in this sector is invited to come to talk and meet with colleagues from throughout Europe and the USA for 3 days in November 2006. The schedule includes lectures, debates, seminars, networking time, but most importantly presentations of 6 critically acclaimed projects by orchestras and ensembles whose work in this field has been admired internationally.
