Focus on Art and Science in the Performing Arts: call for proposals (deadline: 31 Jan)

Focus on Art and Science in the Performing Arts is a project devoted to the
creation and dissemination of contemporary choreographic, theatrical and
artistic works.

Structured as forums and spaces for exchanges and encounters
to sustain and spread new works by artists from different European countries
who work on innovative interdisciplinary projects combining perfoming arts,
visual arts, science and technology, the project is promoted and organised by:

The present Announcement of Competition is for young European artists,
groups or companies, of the Mediterranean Area, which started their activity
from the year 2000.

CONTENTS
Focus intends to support and document artistic and productive processes
carried forward by a new generation of artists and authors, and to favour the
exchange of experiences by supplying creative stimuli generated by interaction
and contamination among different cultural areas (performing arts, visual arts,
science, technology).

HOW TO TAKE PART
In order to take part in the selection, the Application Form must be completed
in all its parts, in the applicants’ mother tongue and in English, and sent by email
to: focus.art.science@gmail.com.
