IETM Global Connect aims to make the IETM network more inclusive, diverse and accessible. The programme is open to performing arts professionals worldwide (producers, artists, managers, presenters, etc) who have at least 5 years of professional experience in the field and are committed to increase global awareness, inclusion, accessibility and connectivity – in the sector at large and in their communities. Selected applicants will receive the IETM membership for 5 years from 2023-2027 and funding to take part in the 2023 IETM Plenary Meeting in Aarhus, Denmark.

IETM is looking for a Policy and Research Manager to design, coordinate, supervise, edit and administrate the policy and research work of IETM. This is a full time position (38h per week) located in Brussels, Belgium, with some flexibility between home/remote work and in house work.

ITEM – International network for contemporary performing arts is one of the oldest and largest international cultural networks, representing the voice of over 500 member organisations and individual professionals working in the contemporary performing arts worldwide. The Events Administration Assistant will support the daily administrative operations of the IETM office and assist in preparation of IETM activities. This is a fixed term contract of 3 months, starting on 2 May 2022.

What’s next? Co-organised by Institut Català de Les Empreses Culturals - Catalan Arts and Institut Ramon Llull, in collaboration with the Temporada Alta Festival and the Girona City Council, IETM’s next Satellite Meeting will be held from 25-27 November 2021 in Girona, and invite a collective reflection on how we can build on what we have learned and think of new ways to reposition the arts as a relevant agent for social change. Travel grants are offered to IETM members.

IETM – International network for contemporary performing arts is a network of over 450 performing arts organisations and individual members working in the contemporary performing arts worldwide. To support their communication and membership activities, IETM are looking for a junior professional to join their team as a part-time (30 hours/week) Communication and Membership Assistant in Brussels, Belgium, starting from 15 February 2021.

IETM, International network for contemporary performing arts, is a network of 500 professional organisations engaged in the contemporary performing arts from over 50 countries. Their members include independent artists and other performing arts professionals, festivals, companies, producers, theatres, research and resource centres, universities and institutional bodies.

IETM – International Network for Contemporary Performing Arts offers a limited number of travel grants to its members to provide financial assistance for their participation in IETM meetings. The next meeting is scheduled to take place 13-16 June 2020 in Galway, Ireland. Only IETM members can apply. Deadline: 5 April 2020.
