This Open Call offers 7-week residencies for Ukrainian and Ukraine-based artists and art professionals affected by the war in Ukraine. Residencies are hosted by members of the LOORE network from March to October 2026.

LOORE (The Estonian Creative Residencies Network) was created in response to the expressed need for better representation and collaboration between artist residency organisations across Estonia. With the goal of supporting the mobility of creative people and representing the interests of residency hosts; increasing capacity and influence, and value. It also promotes the sharing of artistic resources and collaboration opportunities across its members.

Thanks to funding from the Estonian Ministry of Culture, the network is able to support Ukrainian artists, writers, curators, critics and musicians and other cultural practitioners.

Artists will receive €1,550 stipend total and €250 travel allowance. All residencies provide accommodation and studio access for artists. It is possible to attend all residencies in pairs or with family, however, the grant does not cover the costs of additional participants.
