ESTAM Super Group is calling for proposals from musicians and music producers for the ESTAM World Music Festival 2024. Selected participants would reside in Kragujevac, Serbia, from 26 to 30 August to realise the proposed project. ESTAM World Music Festival main programme performance is scheduled for 31 August.
ESTAM Super Group is a dynamic fusion of musical brilliance of artists united from different corners of the world, in the heart of Serbia. Commissioned by the ESTAM World Music Festival, the project aims to bring together innovative musicians in order to collaborate on making original music and developing their own, unique style as a band. With different thematic focus each year, the selected Super Group gets a chance to craft original musical style that transcends existing genres and boundaries.
Through collaboration, creativity and shared engagement, ESTAM Super Group idea embodies the festival’s spirit of global unity, that embraces differences through the universal language of music.
As a musician who is eager to collaborating with other musicians from abroad, applicants can use this chance to invite them and join forces in developing material for a performance at the festival. As a music producer, applicants can realise their concept of a dream-band and invite musicians from all over the world to realise their vision.
The ESTAM Super Group performance will be professionally recorded and photographed, and the material will be used for promotional purposes of both ESTAM and the artists.
A total of 3,500 EUR will be provided (for artists’ fees and travel costs), as well as rehearsal and performance hospitality and technical rider.
