As the Marketing and Communications Officer, the successful candidate plays a crucial role in implementing the communication strategies across diverse online and offline channels. With the coaching of the Marketing and Communications manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day work of the marketing and communications plan, using their creativity and operational skills to amplify our voice and message. The successful candidate will work closely with all other team members and community collaborators to build support and enthusiasm for Molenbeek’s candidacy, making a tangible impact through engaging storytelling and community-driven campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate productional partners, freelancers, interns, volunteers
- Plan, produce and distribute content
- Manage communications platforms and brand consistency
- Create audience growth, spur community engagement, and run outreach campaigns
This is a full-time, fixed-term contract with competitive pay aligned with ‘Commission paritaire 329.03’ scales. The contract lasts until the end of 2025 and may be extended.
