- News / Dancing on the Edge Scholarship Program for Contemporary Dancers from the West Asia and North AfricaDutch festival Dancing on the Edge are calling a new generation of contemporary dancers from West Asia (a.k.a. Middle East) and North Africa (WANA) for the Dancing on the Edge Scholarship Program 2020. Dancing on the Edge (DOTE) offers scholarships to young talent (no older than 27 years) from the MENA region to attend a three-week summer dance workshop program in Amsterdam, taking place from 10-28 July 2023.

(Germany)In the framework of the residency programme Frankfurt Moves! the foundation KfW Stiftung and the Frankfurt LAB invite you to develop artistic productions in the fields of the performing arts during a residency from 15 September – 19 October 2023. Applicants must have been trained in Africa, Asia, Latin America or the MENA region. Individuals or duos are eligible, or larger groups can apply but without extra support.

- News / Moving Cities Residency and Performance Project for Choreographic Interventions in Public Space (Estonia / Norway)Sõltumatu Tantsu Lava in Estonia and Davvi - Center for the Performing Arts in Norway are looking for 4 Estonian artists and 4 Norwegian artists for a collaborative project to develop choreographic interventions in public space. The project consists of 3 parts: 2-week research residency in Tartu in August 2023; 3-week research residency with a public presentation in Bodø in June 2024; 3-week residency and rehearsal period with 3 public performances in Tartu in July 2024.

- News / Hartwig Art Foundation Fellowships at Performa (USA)The Hartwig Art Foundation Fellowships at Performa in New York City will provide a training programme for the next generation of curators, producers and archivists. One fellowship will foster curatorial and production acumen, and will engage curators directly in the Performa commissioning process from concept to presentation. A second fellowship will be focused on the Performa Archive and will include research and scholarship, as well as curating of archival material for online and IRL exhibitions. The two positions begin in March 2023 and run for approximately 18 months.
