Busan Metropolitan City invites individuals and teams from around the world to propose a site-responsive work of land and ecological art for Eulsukdo, an estuarine island at the mouth of the Nakdong River, South Korea’s longest river.

The Designers in Residence is an international design scholarship of the city of Pforzheim in cooperation with Pforzheim University – School of Design and the Design Center Baden Württemberg, granted to young design artists from the fields of jewellery, fashion, accessory, industrial and graphic and other areas of design.

This residency open call is for an early-career artist based in Central America (Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama). The eleven-week, fully funded residency will take place at Gasworks in London from 7 April – 22 June 2027.

The Transatlantic Rising Stars Project, known as ‘Transatlantic Stars’, is a three-year initiative of the European Union Delegation to the U.S. based in Washington, D.C. It opens doors for European artists to enter the U.S. cultural landscape while creating opportunities for American and European artists to work together. The project aims to advance artistic development, foster dialogue, build community, and boost visual artists, musicians, and filmmakers on both sides of the Atlantic.

This residency open call is for an artist based in East Africa who has already presented their work in several venues. The eleven-week, fully funded residency will take place at Gasworks in London from 7 April – 22 June 2027.

Delfina Foundation, in collaboration with Tate, invites applications for the Brooks International Fellowship Programme, from 5 April to 17 September 2027. The programme will enable international researchers to work with Tate colleagues for six months in 2027, complemented by activities at Delfina Foundation.

Delfina Foundation, in London, has announced a new open call for artists from Portugal and Portuguese-speaking African Nations. This residency will take place from 28 June to 17 September 2027 during Delfina Foundation’s summer residency season.
