ARS BALTICA: Research Study on CCI/Cultural Funding accessibility in the BSR

ARS BALTICA is launching a call for proposals for developing a research study on CCI/Cultural Funding tools supporting CCI Internationalisation covering the whole Baltic Sea Region including the following 11 countries: Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Iceland; Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Russia, Sweden.

A key outcome/focus of the research study is to map all relevant/existing Funding tools on Mobility Funding and Cooperation Funding for the CCI Sector within the BSR in order to be used as a basis to create a digital BSR CCI/Cultural Funding Guide. The data have to be collected in suitable format for further processing. (To be defined in accordance with client.)

The second pillar of the research study is to develop a possible structure, mapping all existing Funding categories relevant to the CCI sector in the BSR to be used for creating the backbone of a digital BSR CCI/Cultural Funding Guide.

Third pillar of the research study is to develop a sustainable data updating system to be applied for the future with focus on national/regional network-systems including possible collaboration partnerships.

As a fourth pillar of the research study a written Policy recommendation for future equal accessibility on funding tool/knowledge for all involved BSR countries with focus on mobility and cooperation funding should be developed that (1) defines gaps and lack of accessibility by geographical means within the BSR as well as (2) proposals of possible solution to those.

The available budget for this action is max. 9800€ (incl. VAT). All outcomes should be delivered latest until 1st September 2021.
