As part of the regional ICC development project in Indianocean, the IOC is launching the fourth round of allocation of ‘AléVini, regional mobility support fund’. The project, financed by the French Development Agency (AFD), aims to strengthen regional collaboration and contribute to local economic development linked to the structuring of cultural actors and their ecosystem.
Through this call for applications, the AléVini fund aims to promote inter-island cultural and artistic exchanges to strengthen the ICC value chain: creation, production, distribution and dissemination; and develop the region’s artistic and cultural market by promoting the creation of professional networks. Priority will be given to projects that have an impact on equality by promoting the full participation and inclusion of women.
Eligible activities are networking mobility, creative mobility, or skills development mobility. The initial planned duration of an activity cannot be less than 5 days nor exceed 10 days (excluding travel days) and the mobility activity must take place between 31 July 2025 and 31 January 2026.
The applicants must be an individual national of one of the beneficiary countries of the ICC project: Union of the Comoros, Madagascar, Mauritius, Seychelles and Mozambique.
