Trans Europe Halles is looking for the next Managing Director, who will play a key role in shaping the future of TEH. The successful candidate will lead the TEH Coordination Office headquartered in Lund (Southern Sweden), oversee strategic development and ensure that the network continues to thrive. From advocacy and fundraising to team leadership and community engagement, this is a chance to make a lasting impact.
TEH is looking for a visionary, community-driven leader who understands the complexities of running a European cultural network. The successful candidate should be experienced in strategic management, fundraising and advocacy, and have a strong commitment to supporting independent cultural spaces. They should be skilled in leading teams, navigating organisational change and building partnerships across sectors.
The position is located in Lund, Sweden and the start date would be mid-July 2025 (negotiable). The salary is 45,000 SEK/month.
