CIFAS

The Producers’ Academy is an international group of producers that gather with peers for four days in Brussels during Kunstenfestivaldesarts, from 13 to 16 May 2024.

The Producers’ Academy is a dedicated time to reflect, think, co-learn, encounter, and question the practice of the producer. With open minds and open hearts, integrity and fun, CIFAS’ four-day workshop delves into the current urgencies and issues around producing work and being a producer. The next edition of the Academy runs 17-20 May 2023. CIFAS offer bursaries to support producers from countries where little or no financial support is available for international mobility.

The next edition takes place 18-21 May 2022 in Brussels, Belgium and CIFAS is offering three bursaries to support producers from countries where little or no financial support is available for international mobility.

Cifas – International Centre for Training in the Performing Arts is a non-profit association that has been active for nearly 40 years in the field of artistic training and continuing education. After ten years at the helm, the current direction is looking to hand the project on, and is therefore calling for individuals or legal entities to submit proposals to take on CIFAS’ general and artistic direction, starting in July 2021.
