The CultureAndHealth Platform project is welcoming two international (EU) for a three-day shadowing programme designed to explore the intersection of culture and health in Tampere, Finland, with activities spread across Tampere region.
The programme includes:
- Visits to art workshops to exchange and gain hands-on experience
- Insights of artistic production in the field of culture and health
- Opportunity to share and exchange with the local artists
- Shared dinner for informal networking and community-building
- Final sharing where both artists and participating organisations share their insights
The week is designed to foster knowledge exchange, hands-on learning, and the opportunity to share expertise with Finnish artists and organisations working in the culture and health field. The shadowing program is hosted by Cultural Centre PiiPoo.
Artists are eligible for this programme if they:
- Have at least three years of professional experience as an artist
- Work entirely or partially at the intersection of arts, culture, and health and wellbeing
- Have been working for at least two years with one or more wellbeing, social services or healthcare partners
- Live and work in an EU country or a Creative Europe country listed here
Priority may be given to artists who have not yet received a grant from the Culture and Health platform. We will also aim to invite artists from different countries.
The programme will cover travel expenses up to 350 EUR/artist and accommodation up to 400 EUR/artist and provide a daily allowance of 300 EUR/artist for the entire period. If needed, there is some flexibility regarding travel and accommodation costs, and advance payment may also be arranged.
