The Swiss Arts Council Pro Helvetia is seeking to fill the part time Innovation and Transformation Specialist position (60%–80%), in Zurich from 1 October 2024.
The successful candidate will work on topics at the interface of the Innovation & Society (I&S) sector and the art discipline specific divisions at Pro Helvetia. The tasks comprise the following:
- Researching, analysing and identifying trends and monitoring key topics
- Guiding projects and processes regarding internal transformation issues
- Participating in the development of new cultural promotion instruments
- Participating in the drafting of strategy papiers (e.g. sustainability strategy)
- Collaborating with the various funding units and Pro Helvetia’s offices abroad on a topic related basis
- Organising external events and workshops on occasion
- Assessing support applications in the I&S area and handling the associated administrative work
For this challenging and multifunctional position Pro Helvetia is seeking a committed personality who meets the following requirements:
- University degree or advanced professional qualification in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Methodological knowledge regarding innovation and transformation processes
- Experience in the arts/culture field or in cultural promotion
- Interest in cultural and art related issues and digital trends
- Affinity to research and understanding of data analysis and interpretation
- Open and inclusive personality with experience in interacting with a variety of stakeholders
- Excellent knowledge (C1 level) of a Swiss national language and English, good spoken and written communications skills (B1 level) in a second Swiss national language, other language skills an advantage
- Swift grasp of new ideas and concepts, structured and efficient manner of working
