EMMpower 2.0 Mentorship Programme 2026, organised by the European Music Managers Alliance (EMMA) and co-funded by the European Union, is looking for experienced European music managers passionate about helping the next generation of professionals grow their careers in the music industry.
The programme is from March to December 2026 and each mentor works with two mentees.
Mandatory Mentor activities
- 1 Mentor onboarding meeting (March)
- 1 Mentoring competence training (April)
- 3 programme meetings (Kick-off, Midpoint, Wrap-up)
- 3 mentor supervision sessions
- 12 hours of mentoring per mentee (2 mentees)
Mentors must be currently residing and actively working in Europe, including the UK, with a minimum 7 years of professional experience in the local and international music industry and a strong professional network.
All selected mentors will receive professional mentoring competence training as part of the programme. Previous experience as a mentor, educator, or coach is welcome but not mandatory.
