Fondazione Campania Welfare (FCW) is launching the first round of art residency as part of the OASis (Open Art Spaces in Synergy) European project co-funded by the European Commission. The residency will take place at Parco San Laise, a former NATO base in Naples currently being transformed into a public cultural hub and hosting dozens of NGOs working in music, theatre, cinema, and visual arts.
The residency will focus on co-creation with local communities and the Foundation’s beneficiaries (children, youth, and vulnerable groups), aiming to revitalise the park through participatory art, design, and storytelling.
FCW is looking for 8 artists (5 international and 3 locals based in Campania) from the following fields:
- Visual arts (painting, sculpture, tattoo, mixed media)
- Functional design (muralism, street art, carpentry, metalwork and others)
- Performing/visual storytelling (theatre, videomaking, photo, etc..)
- Music, songwriting, or creative writing
The artists must be available for a 10–21 day residency between 22 September and 28 November 2025.
