Art and Education is the residency programme organised by the One Caucasus NGO under the OASis (Open Art Spaces in Synergy) programme. The call is for filmmakers, visual artists, animators, choreographers, and interdisciplinary practitioners who merge art and education and who want to work with local communities in Georgia.
The residency will start on 10 August 2026 in the village of Tserakvi in the borderland of Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan, where artists will work with other artists, co-creating art projects with local communities, including youth and adults. Together artists will co-create art projects (films, art interventions, interdisciplinary events) and present them in the final event in Tserakvi on 22–23 August 2026.
On 24–25 August artists will co-create an interactive exhibition, presenting the results of their work in the Marneuli region. The final event will be held on 26 August 226 in OASis Tbilisi.
The project is inviting international artists who are excited to co-create the unique artistic process and showcase it in Tserakvi and Tbilisi.
