ENCC: UP Grants for European Socio-cultural CentresENCC - European Network of Cultural Centres is reintroducing its UP Grants, a microgrant scheme open to all socio-cultural centres throughout Europe. It has two main strands: ‘Awareness and pattern change/mindshift: art and culture can shape how people think and influence their behaviours, also in relation to sustainability’ and ‘Footprint of culture: how can we be more sustainable?’.
